Cashew and Avocado Smoothie

Cashew Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 150 g Cashew nuts – soaked in water overnight ( minimum 4 hours ) and drained,
  • 1 small lime,
  • 1 medium ripe banana,
  • 1 small ripe avocado,
  • 4ooml nut milk or kefir,
  • 1 tbsp milled Chia seeds,
  • 5 ice cubes.

Instructions:

Place Cashew nuts in a blender, squeeze the lime juice and blend until creates a smooth mixture ( if necessary add some water).

Peel and chop banana and avocado – add to the nuts and lime mixture in the blender. Add Chia seeds, nut milk, ice cubes and whiz until smooth and enjoy your Cashew Avocado smoothie.
